The Organisation:

       IN CONJUNCTION WITH About Super Leaders International SUPER LEADERS INTERNATIONAL is approved by Corporate Affairs Commission as SUPER LEADERS MINISTRY and is registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation with the Rivers State Government of Nigeria under the Ministry of Youth, Employment and Economic Empowerment [MYEE/YD/20/S.5585] This humanitarian Organisation was borne out of a deep concern and burden by a Nigerian Couple [Rev Elisha and Rev Mrs Adorable Agaba] to equip LEADERS who have a burning desire to achieve their worthwhile goals but lack some technical expertise and the resources to do so. Basically, Super Leaders International is established to build and groom a new generation of leaders who are well prepared to face the challenges of the present times and are able to contribute their best to the development and mentoring of leaders and emerging young leaders and to thrash the menace of violence, mediocrity and decadence in leadership. Historical Information/Background

              The Super Leader & his Wife

   Super Leaders International is a Divine Mandate to reach out to those that matter in the society with applied sound ethical principles of Leadership with a view to establish a new generation of Leaders who do not play the Blame-Game when Challenges arise. Though conceived way back in September 2005 during the John Maxwell Leadership Training Programme in Port Harcourt, Super Leaders International started in Rev Elisha Agaba Eddie’s sitting room in Port Harcourt with four participants (members of his prayer team) on January 26, 2006.  The passion was to wave the REGISTRATION FEE that kept many leaders away from the great insightful lectures offered at the John Maxwell ONE MILLION LEADERS MANDATE workshop. The Founder/Executive President observed that though the Workshop was on air (Courtesy of RADIO NIGERIA TREASURE 98.5 FM), yet the turn out was not so encouraging probably because of the REGISTRATION FEE. It was at this point that he received the vision and mandate to use his investments to start up a Leadership Training Organisation for Leaders of religious and secular organisations free of charge. Super Leaders International is the product of that vision and mandate! Super Leaders therefore must be selfless with a consuming passion to raise other leaders after them for continuity.SOME LEADERS AT THE 6TH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCESOME LEADERS WITH THE VISITING BISHOP FROM GHANA AT THE 6TH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE Our Conferences/Workshopsa. The major tool to achieving our aims/objectives faster shall be by conferencing and workshops. Each of our conferences and workshops shall be a Capacity Building Forum bringing together leaders from the academia, political world, religious circle and secular organisations from across Nigeria and by extension, the international world.  b. Each Conference/Workshop shall focus on particular issues of leadership finding out how leaders are affected and how each leader can be actively involved in effectively handling these challenges to create and restore dignity and sanity to the leadership.  The theme of each Conference/ Workshop usually addresses major issues related to growth, integrity, relationship and continuity in leadership.   15. A Super Leader is a Leader who Leads Leaders to Lead themselves in order to Lead others to Lead themselves in order to Lead others… hence, Leaders Equipping Leaders to Equip Leaders in an endless chain.
  WHAT WE DO                [a] We add value to leaders by improving their profiles                [b] We empower leaders with ideas and skills for sustainable economic development OUR METHODS         [a] Capacity Building Forums  [b] Literature and Publications:         Super Leaders shall from time to time subsidise good leadership materials (books, audiotapes/CDs, Videotapes/VCDs, Printed materials) and make them available at affordable prices.[c] Training Programmes:    Super Leaders shall, from time to time, run training programmes for leaders and potential leaders with a view to helping them contribute their best to the development and mentoring of emerging and potential leaders, hence “Leaders Equipping Leaders to Equip Leaders…”[d] Mentoring and Monitoring:    Super Leaders, through the capacity building forums, shall create avenues for emerging leaders to relate with and learn from the mature ones through dialogue and understudying.[e] Leadership Roundtable:    On a yearly basis, mature, young and emerging leaders across the globe shall be brought together under the auspices of “Super Leaders Roundtable.”    Here, a selected vital issue of leadership shall be researched into, discussed, and recommendations made. The outcome shall be circulated to mature, emerging and potential leaders. H. MEMBERSHIPThough the Super Leaders International focuses on leaders at all levels:                                -Mature Leaders                                -Developing Leaders                                -Emerging Leaders                                -Potential LeadersMembership is opened to Leaders and Trainee Leaders who meet all the conditions in Section B below under “Qualifications/Conditions for Membership.” SECTION B. Qualifications/Conditions for Membership 1. Each prospective member must be 22 years and above2. The Minimum Academic Requirements [MAR] for Membership is FIRST DEGREE or its equivalent.3. Strictly, membership is opened to Leaders and Trainee Leaders only.4. Each Leader or trainee leader must be gainfully employed5. Each prospective member must be leading a non-violent group of at least 15 members.6. Each prospective member must show evidence of participation in at least any four conferences/workshops of the Super Leaders International before undergoing a six-week Super Leadership training with the INSUPROF; otherwise, he/she must undergo a Six-month Leadership Training Course with the Institute of Super Leadership Professionalism7. Each prospective member must be willing to train his/her followers to become leadersNOTE: Only registered members can be appointed as Directors to represent Super Leaders in other states of the Republic of Nigeria and the Foreign Countries.  Those [who through zeal and effectiveness without INSUPROF’s training] appointed as Directors shall operate as ACTING until such a time that they shall complete their training in Super Leadership Professionalism at INSUPROF MEMBERSHIP FORM Membership Forms are obtained with a sum of two thousand naira [N2000.00] only at the Secretariat and at all Super Leaders Conferences/Workshops/outletsI.               National and State DirectorsParticipating Leaders from the States of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any other countries of the World who are willing to run the Affairs of the SUPER LEADERS in their various States and Countries as STATE DIRECTORS and NATIONAL DIRECTORS should study the Basic Requirements for Directors below carefully and act accordingly.  It should be made crystal clear from the outset that this privilege is exclusively reserved for registered members. These members must hold at least, a postgraduate certificate in Super Leadership Professionalism [PGCS]. Having a Postgraduate Diploma in Super Leadership [PGDS] will be an added advantage.  BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTORSProspective National/State Directors must:
  1. have at least a first degree or its equivalent from a recognised university
  2. be gainfully employed
  3. be leading a non-violent group of not less than 50 members
  4. be married to one wife/husband and living together with spouse(Divorcees and same sex marriage need not apply)
  5. have attended at least four Super Leaders Workshops or must have undergone or is willing to undergo a six-month intensive basic/advanced leadership training course in APPLIED COMPLIANCE with the Institute of Super Leadership Professionalism (INSUPROF)
  6. have a very good sense of organisation and decency II Corinth 14:40
  7. have a good command of spoken and written English (ability to speak French and German is an added advantage)
  8. compulsorily believe in the Christian religion(being an ordained minister is an added advantage)
  9. not be tribalistic nor critical of other religions and races
  10. be selfless with a consuming passion to emancipate enmeshed leaders from their static and potential states
  11. be living in the Capital City of the Country, State or Local Government wherein he/she wants to direct

The Executive President: Elisha Agaba Eddie is a psychlogist, a teacher and an educational consultant.He was born to Mr Matthew Nathaniel Eddie and Agnes Iyombe Agba at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Obudu in Cross River State of Nigeria on July 5, 1972. He is married to Adorable Elisha Agaba and they have a son Accurate Elisha Agaba. He is an ordained and licensed preacher.

As a teacher, he started his teaching career at the dawn of 1990 in Ohong Town where he prepared candidates for junior and senior school certificate examinations.This he did until 1992 when he felt the need to professionalise his career. This led him to the Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa (now, CRS University of Technology, Calabar) where he studied English as a Double Major. After teaching for several years,  he proceeded to the Institute of Education, University of Ibadan (Rivers State University of Education Campus in Port Harcourt) where he studied Education/English.

He has experienced leadership at various levels both in  the academia, religious and secular worlds. Presently, he resides in Port Harcourt, Rivers State the Headquarters City of his Organisation, in Nigeria...

He strongly believes that leadership seed resides in every individual, and that it is the place of the Super Leader to nurture it to fruition. He advocates the New Paradigm Shift in Leadership---Super Leadership!.
